Dewith’s Boxing Studio has a Saturday program for children, the goal of this is to introduce children to Boxing as a fitness program. The sooner we introduce children to new programs the best chance they have of excepting it and learning the art and basic element of such program. Boxing have many positive to offer children, they can learn structure, which helps them to focus, they learn self defense, which helps to foster confidence, they learn self discipline which helps to make good choices in life, and it helps them to be active and healthy.
